This type K thermocouple probe has been designed for use at the highest temperatures, with a wide measurement range of -100 to 1100°C at the probe tip. The sheath is of a high-temperature stainless steel and is mineral insulated, allowing for bending along its length. The sheath has an outside diameter of Ø3mm and is 100mm long, which ensures a fast response time.
The probe has a 1m PFA lead which can take temperatures up to 250°C. You can cut this lead down if required without affecting the readings or extend it as long as the correct wire is used.
